In order to protect rights and interests of buyers,  HeadphoneDog provide after-sales services.

When the buyers received the product, you can enjoy 7 days after-sales service from the date when you got your package(Taiwan Only). Please check when you received your item.



► Notes


‧If any returns , please contact with our customer service , confirm with us before sending. Send by your own voluntarily will not be accepted.

‧Please return the items within 10 days of receiving your package, after 10 days overdue will not be accepted.

‧Exchange : Exchange product needs to be its original condition, please apply within 10 days of receiving your package, and the freight is for buyer's account.

Returns : Returns product needs to be its original condition, please apply within 10 days of receiving your package, and the freight is for buyer's  account.

‧ Faulty item returns will pay by us,you don’t have to worry.  (The maximum grant is NT50 freight, we recommended to use mailing)

‧Returns  : All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, please apply within 10 days of receiving your package, and the freight is for buyer's account.

‧Returns (Faulty Item) : Please apply within 10 days of receiving your package, and the freight with registered parcel is for seller's account,  the refund amount will  not deducted any cost.

If the product does not match or damage, blemishes or any circumstances, please take a pictures of the goods within 10 days from the date when you got your package and transmitted to our customer service, we will contact you as soon as possible.
